Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. China Star/Original Source reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.  We only accept orders from qualified wholesale customers.

Payment Options
Credit Card: For your convenience we accept VISA, M/C, AMEX, and Discover. Credit card is the required payment for all first-time orders. 
Credit Terms: Reorders may be shipped with Net-30 terms on approved credit.
COD:  We do not ship COD.

Credit Policy
Credit Limits of up to $500 may be offered on approval (amount may increase with adequate order history).  A minimum of five (5) valid trade references are required. Any references that report unsatisfactory ratings or accounts with collection history may result in denial of credit.  We reserve the right to enforce and bill a 1.5% per month (18% APR) finance charge to all past due accounts. Reorders on accounts placed for collections may continue to order upon approval, with prepaid terms. If approved, an extra amount will be required to be paid towards the past due balance.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order, or by the next business day. Orders cancelled after the deadline may be subject to shipping and restocking fees. If your order has already shipped, the customer will be liable for any applicable shipping fees. If your order ships within the 24 hour grace period, shipping fees may still apply - please consult a customer service representative if this situation should occur.

Shipping Policy
Although we will often ship orders same or next day, we strive to ship all orders within 72 hours, or three (3) business days, from when they are placed as circumstances allow. We do not guarantee turnaround times or shipping dates. If you must receive your order by a certain date, it is your responsibility to inform your Account Manager or any Customer Service Representative of any such deadlines at the time your order is placed. We suggest allowing as much time as possible in placing such orders. We are not liable for delivery errors or delays made on the behalf our shipping carriers, although we will do our best to help you resolve any such problems.

All orders are shipped FOB Prineville, OR via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, US Priority Mail, or other comparable carrier unless otherwise stated. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. Express, 2nd Day and 3rd Day shipments are available for an additional cost. You may request a quote when placing your order.

We apply exact shipping costs to all orders, and thus cannot determine the exact amount until your order is packed for shipping. We will provide an estimate upon request. All estimates are subject to final billing and are not guaranteed. A small handling fee may also be applied to assist with rising material and labor costs.

All packages are insured for their full value, unless otherwise requested by the customer. Insurance is included directly in the shipping costs. Please see information on how to handle insurance claims.

Do you drop ship (blind ship)?
Generally, we do not "drop ship" - although we will provide such services to regular customers on an occasional basis.  We do charge a nominal $10 fee per order for drop shipping. Some of the instances where we will drop ship for you include:
(a) You are shipping a large order to a single client.
(b) You have an emergency order that must be delivered within a few days, and cannot wait for us to first ship to you.
(c) The order is for a large item - such as a statue or piece of furniture - and it makes sense to have our experienced packing department handle the shipping for you.
(d) We have made a mistake on your order (in this case, we will generally waive the fee)

Please talk with your sales rep or one of our customer service representatives in order to discuss our drop shipping possibilities.

Additional Fees 
- Returned Checks: $25.00 per check, plus 1.5% in interest for each month late
- Late Payments: 1.5% interest per month
- Drop Shipments: $10.00 per order

Damages/Packing Errors/Returns
We will assist in the handling of all damage claims. Our policy is that all damages must be reported to us within five (5) days of package delivery, so that we may file a claim within the window allowed by the insurance provider. One of our customer service representatives will immediately issue a credit memorandum, which can then be applied to your next order.

If your package arrives noticeably damaged, we ask that you either refuse the package or alert our office to the damage prior to opening the box. Some carriers wish to inspect damaged merchandise, so please retain all packaging until it is determined that a claim will not be filed. We are not liable for claims that are rejected due to premature disposal of packaging, or customer mishandling.

We strive to pack every order correctly and completely. At times, there are errors in transcribing SKU numbers, and you may receive the wrong product. Should this occur, please contact one of our customer service representatives who will work to resolve the problem to your ultimate satisfaction.

We guarantee the quality of all our products. In the event that you are not happy with the product quality, please contact our office and we will assist with product replacement and/or credit.

Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
 

Privacy
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.
Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the China Star/Original Source site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, China Star/Original Source shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. China Star/Original Source shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, China Star/Original Source shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
